Love the Elstar article, I've got 2 of them.
One is complete but unrestored with a B40 BSA and the other is chassis only for a JAP.

"Build em yourself and save money" ..... man that is optimistic.  ::) .... havn't noticed any of my kit bikes exactly saving me money. Good strategy by AJS anything was an improvement on using the rabid unionised work force it had back when.

Cheney could do you a nice kit to make your XL350 go fast and handle good.
