Walter ,if you are familiar with, how did those air bag rear ends perform ?  Maybe no good I suspect . I remember seeing  three , four not many  in the mid to late seventies and early eighties, then all gone, but that was when the heavy beast sidecars sadly started to decline too. Cheers Tim

I have one of them ,they came out in 78 . With todays knowledge they can be workable .
The problem was , they only used the wrong size bag  and hade not good enough dampers.
They also took up a lot of room , so the shocks with springs took over again. Remember the pic I posted earlier , I rode the airbag from 79 -82 . I think that bike went to Towoomba and is still up there somewhere.
