It's a bit of a roughie and a couple of hundred overpriced but these old big bore Kawasaki's are, like most early Kawa motocrossers, pretty damn rare. To be honest they weren't all that great as racers, and I believe there's a problem locating pistons but it's nearly all there and deserves to be restored.

1974 Kawasaki KX450 - Rough, rusty, faded, mostly complete. Good stuff includes the original tank with badges and an aftermarket up-pipe with a SuperTrapp grafted onto the end. Someone had the insight to add accordian fork boots which kept the seal area rust-free. Aftermarket bars, S&Ws, Preston Petty rear fender, and seat cover appear to be the only other non-oem. Still has the stock front fender and mudflap, fiberglass airbox, and side number plates. Engine cases have been welded at the front behind the engine mount. I haven't attempted to make it run, but compression feels correct when kicking. Includes old California title. $1100
