Have been meaning to sign up to Ozvmx for sometime but one thing and another never got around to it, never the less here I am. I am 53 now and have been riding since I was 14 when I started out on a mates QA50 after school. I have owned a lot of bikes over the years, some I wish I still had and some I am glad I got rid of. My first bike was a Honda XR75 K1 which I bought with my paper round money, you all remember what that is right? I was one of the original members of the Wanneroo Mini Bike Club here in Perth. I have ridden and raced too many bikes to list here so I wont bore you with them all or my history but I currently have a few that may be worth a mention. I race VMX when I can and I have a Yamaha MX360A and a Yamaha MX175 and in partnership with my brother a Yamaha Wasp outfit, still not race ready yet. I wouldn't say that I am brand loyal really as I have a few restos on the go as well. I have a Honda XR75 K0 and a Honda MR50 K0, a Bultaco Frontera 360 and a Suzuki RM370 A, time and finances dictating the completion dates as I am sure you all can appreciate. The cheapest bike I ever got I paid a carton for it and it still goes, gotta love that.

Thanks Red Alert, new to all this forum stuff trying to navigate my way around, a bit like an Irish mine detector at the moment. I was a bit before your time and would not have crossed path's as I left Perth in 77.
