Ok i bought this frame and engine unseen, the bloke said air cooled 79cc assuming YZ80H..ish.
I was after these Ducati mufflers at $20.00 buy now for the pair as they always come in handy for something ;)(http://i199.photobucket.com/albums/aa250/hjcoupe/ducpipes.jpg)
I love my Suzuki's but i'm also a closet YZ80 fan growing up with an F and H models
I have an YZ80H bitsa and a YZ80K almost complete bar the engine sitting in my Kart.
$50.00 for the lot was ok by me and I just collect bits as i go along.
This "thing" has 5x3-005847 frame and 5x005832 motor but 98cc and RH drive c/s
I haven't checked Yamaha codes as of yet but I'm thinking YZ100JK...ish maybe.
What do u gurus think?

I'm thinking YZ100 too with the RH side drive.

I'd think a h going by that high shock mount. I think the j's and later had the pipe up the left. Don't know a lot about the 100's. I know there was a lot of 'em about at the time..... :P

But there appears to be a pivot for rocker like a j.

5 X 3 is YZ100. Not sure bout the 5x0
-
It's either a YZ 100 j/k/l....there all the same, or a YZ 125 j with another motor. The linkage mount on the sub frame is a dead give away.....did I mention a IT 175 J as well.

Yep, definately YZ100 from 82 to 84. Being either a J, K or L.
Although it doesnt matter to much, as they are all identical.
I had the YZ100K back in 83 and loved it.
Wouldnt mind one now but I am to fat for it. :(

Well from the homework i came up with and engine # it points to being a late 82 J model.
cheers...Mario
