If there not to bad you could try 400-800 wet and dry then hit them with Autosol, hard work but they will come back to life.

I live in Victoria , Ferntree Gully. The vapor blasting is impressive. Where does one go for such work and does one ask for "Vapor blasting services " ? Is this superior to sand blasting ?

Very nice job.

The vapor blasting leaves a smooth finish whereas sandblasting leaves a coarse finish.

If you want to do it in house you can buy a bench grinder and 3 different grades of buffing wheels some different grades of polish and spend a few nights getting black shit all over you as you learn the art of alloy polishing.

Then spend the rest of your life getting the shine back after the first ride. ;D

Jim, I've got a complete engine that I want done and have procrastinated over for way too long.
When you sort out what or if you want it done and I'll take it out for you.
