Title: Looking for a Carby kit for 72 XL250

HI Guys,
A mate has a 72 XL250 and is looking for a carby kit. Is there somebody local that has parts for Keihen carbs?

While I have your attention. His bike is running rich and seems to be fouling plugs. Is this common for old XLs? Any tips you can pass on would be great.
