Title: Kdx 250 coil and cdi change over

A mate of mine has a kdx 250 1983 woundering if a 1980 kdx 250 cdi and coil will work on it.
I have tryed to find a site with part numbers to compare but cant find any.

I've got a complete KDX250 ignition system, except for flywheel - dunno if it works or not, but the lack of flywheel suggests that the CDI and coil will be OK.
Very cheap if you want to try?
