Title: Bike from Canada to US (California)

I'm looking at a bike in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada which is in the south west of Canada about 4 hours west of Vancouver.  I want to get it to Los Angeles or at least into the US, Washington would do. 
Anybody got any contacts/ideas.  Is shipping directly from Canada to Brisbane an option?
