Went out to the track today for a bit of practice to try and keep a bit closer to you fast pre 85 guys.

The track's in good nick so hope the weather stays fine for the Evo & Pre 85 Challenge.

just got home from the track working its in good sharp . it will be the best propared track that heaven will race on this year

There hasn't been much chatter about this one but I guess everyone is coming? I even threw in an entry so I'll be there on the RM125. Definitely all day Saturday and maybe Sunday as well. Should be good, my first race since October last year, and I think the last time I was on the ACT track was at the round this time last year! I just don't get the chance to ride much these days...

Yes, this post has been very quiet. Thought that everyone would be hungry for a ride given LG was washed out. So, who's coming to sunny Canberra for the EVO Challenge then?

It'll be great to see the RM out on the local track again for a bit more of this stuff;

What the? How did there get to be air under the RM? Must be cos the jumps at Canberra aren't too bad for a modern track. Or else I just forgot myself for a moment...

I hope you are all itching for a ride. Track is always groomed to perfection. Less than one week to go. Don't forget to get there early as we want to get the show on the road.
Also, don't forget Canowindra two weeks after Canberra.
The Suzuki always gets big air, (something to do with the springs????)

Track is perfect and the forecast is for fine weather, sunny and WARM for a change. Looking good alright.

Great day's riding today at the ACT track with a couple of rounds of practice and round 1 of racing.Track was groomed nicely and tamed a bit for the vmx folk.

I must remember to check my fuel tomorrow before racing  ::). Thanks to Ted for giving me a ride on his hot handling 125H, was the most fun I've had with my pants on for ages.

What about Jody Perry pulling the holeshot in the Pre 85 All Powers  and keeping Deano very very honest in the 125`s on the little H

So who won all the trophies in the evo challenge and Pre 85 races 125, 250 and 500?

As I thought this wa what it was all about in Canberra on the weekend ;)

That was the best racing I think I have seen on the old bikes and the air they were getting off the last tabletop down at the pines was freaking unbelievable, that was bordering on  freestyle vintage, wish I got it on video, 8)  :o

Dead right Turtle....Normally the best racing is down in the pack but to see them 2 right out in front going 10 tenths was amazing.

Unfortunately we will have to wait for next year to see it again :P
