I have this friend who has two sets of Simons forks, one set is 12" travel and the other is 10". He only wants to keep one set, so which do you think he should keep?

Hi Jay.
The only difference between them is the damper rod. Different lengths to get the different travel. I would keep the longer set and if you needed them to be shorter as I have with my rm125B, i had a spacer put in to shorten the stroke to be legal. That way you can swap to different bikes and just take the spacer back out to make them longer again.
