1980s or perhaps early 90s Yamaha AG200 (4 stroke) that hasn't run in a while.
Not sure what the problem was, as it does turn over, possibly a crook CDI (a common fault on these illustrious, high-performance models apparently).
Anyway, some parts are gone, let me know if you want something via PM.
