I'm after part#4 BUSH 3Y1-22184-01-00
The American webs sites I've check say that the part is obsolete etc and not available. I find that hard to believe because it a consumerable and applicable to a wide range of Yammies. Does anyone know if they are still available or available under a different part#?

If you can,t get em MX just knock some up outta brass , works fine :)
Have done the complete linkage and swing arm on my 86 husky with no probs and expect them to outlast the stupid needle rollers. ;D

If I had a lathe sitting in the garage I would ;).
I have a friend who'll do this type of work for me but at about $14 ea I wouldn't bother if they are available. I know brass would probably be better and last longer but I figure it is hartdly worth the effort.
Thanks guys.

You could try YZ 100 k bushes, they are still avaliable (well they were a couple of years ago anyway), they are made of the same nylon material, I would hazard a guess and say they would have to go close, if not the same. I have also had a set turned down from a nylon block...same process as the bronze examples, just nylon.

Would be surprised if http://www.yamaharetrospares.com/ did not have it. They bought all Pitmans old stock going back to the 60's. Give them a try. Also Speed and Sport in USA have 10 instock.

not after i picked the eyes out if before he got to it :)
i would have thought $14 would have been cheap ? i doubt inc postage you get much better than that ?
-
Now that was an interesting exercise :). The cheapest were $9.50 but their postage was $56. I emailed and asked them for a postage cost and they replied "pay the amount and we'll refund the difference after the actual postage is known". Well thanks but no thanks.
Another company is yet to reply ::).
So they are winging their way from NWVintage for $30 plus $6 postage.

would have been cheaper to make your own me thinks.
