Wow I got some of those from him about 10 years ago for more than that.

Hey moto...excuse my ignorance but I have some questions as to those forks
Are they pre 75 legal?
Are they any good?
Could I put them in a Yamaha?

dont ask me if they are legal, ask a scrutineer . All I know is that modern gabjets and tech is legal if you can't see it 9except for fat bars which you can see) and period stuff that the scruts dont remember or never knew about is illegal if you dont have some printed matter as proof.
yes they are good , might have to limit the travel.
Shouldn't be too hard on Yamaha

I have a cosmopolitan motors catalogue from the early 80's and they (non leading axle) are shown there as dirt track forks. Pretty sure they were available earlier than that, at least 77 on but my gut feeling is they may not be types that were available pre 75. That red Marzocchi stuff is around late 70's from what ive seen You would just have to try an find some older catalogues or ask on euro forums or something.
