Checked out the 30HP TT250 last night - looking the goods. Look forward to seeing that baby in action!
I won't be making Clarence (wife's birthday) or Glenbawn, but I do have Canberra and Canowindra locked in. First vintage races for the year... well... first race of ANY kind since Canowindra last year...
Enjoy Clarence guys.

My Entry is in love the Clarence track can be a bit muddy but that's the fun
and the big table top on the finish line is great, should take the xr don't think the
little xl 175 would be able to clear it.
-
there's video footage on youtube of the track. Search Clarence mx
cheers
-
Entry in, wouldn't miss my home race.
-
Who's camping on the weekend? Going to need plenty of wood for fires I reckon. Driving past the track this morning and the ground around the turn off was a sea of white! Bloody freezing!
-
Dan, you take the gennie and I'll take the electric blankie :D
burgo
-
Might need more than the electric blanket I think! Called in at track on way home from Lithgow. At 11:45am, still full sheet of ice covering the small dam near the finish tabletop! Holly Crap!!!
Track not looking to bad, still needs to be groomed though. Lots of tree branches down on the road in and couple of big branches across the road just before the entry gate. If I can work out how to, I will put up some photo's that I took this morning.
Take plenty of woolies for next weekend, and thermals and what ever else to keep you warm if your camping.
-
The Colds no worries for the Canberra Crew and the Mountain Man, we`ve booked a Cabin ;D ;D
-
Love to be there guys, but peg legged, miss out on Clarence yet again. Good luck, hopefully track is as fun as lakes...Man that was good.
-
peg legged!,know the feeling ::), :P

Thought I would be able to get bikes back together but time and work has beaten me again, will still try feverishly to get something happening this week as this would be third time in a row missing out on a round (injury and nats last 2).
Will have to pay the late entry fee if it comes together,Have got rebore to go so all depends on machine shop and cant get it in to Tuesday. ::)
At least, will have bikes sorted for Canberra Glenbawn and Canowindra so looking forward to those.
-
Is there going to be a canteen on
-
Hy Eric, Bring your food, stick it in my fridge and you can cook it on my BBQ....simple
Will be there Friday
-
Hello Ted,
Are you bringing your generator, if so can I grab some power for my electric blanket.
Have been told the front gate will be open on Friday afternoon. Bring your warm clothes.

Bob

No problem Bob...I will work out a kilowatt per hr carbon dioxide tax so as we all benefit from it and quote you up a price tomorrow. Please advise if you plan to fart on this electric blanket as that will lead to higher emissions and therefore i will be forced to charge you more so as we all benefit.

Another great weekend of Heaven VMX racing. And what a fantastic track. Thanks heaps to all those involved.
Thanks also to Teddles for putting his bikes on the line, at least you've got one out of three left running. Those young blokes sure can ride and put on a fantastic display, especially in the last pre 85 open race when he was putting it to the big 500 when he was on the 125H.
Anyone got any pics of the weekend?
cheers

Dead right Woody. It sure was a great race the All Powers Pre 85.Kody and Andrew Gabriel sure showed us how it`s done.I could watch that all day...hang on i did just that
Thanks to Dale and Kody for showing how much of a spastic rider i am with their effortless riding skills not only on the 125 but also on my two 500`s after only a couple of laps practice on the saturday.
What a fantastic meeting with a great track.

Top racing, top day, top people what more can you say
-
When & where actually is the grasstrack inside the showground on?
-
Canowindra on the October long weekend.
-
Yes please, really looking forward to that one. And there is a Canberra round on in September isn't there? I reckon I'll actually ride at that one...
-
Thats the spirit Graeme.
Next Heaven rounds are:
20/21 August, Glenbawn Dam, Muswellbrook
17/18 September, Karma Gutza, Queenbeyan
1/2 October, Canowindra Showgrounds
19/20 November, Crawford river, Bulahdelah
ps. The Clarence Lithgow track was f...ing cold up in the Blue Mountains (4-5 degrees), but we didnt get rain and we didnt get wind so it turned out good. Lots of fog, and mist on the goggles made it interesting at times, the track was a little slippery, but berms & grooves & ruts formed up so there was something to bang up against. Plenty of tables, & doubles to challenge us fitness wise, thats for sure.
And the bloody sun came out as we packed up! So we all left happy.
