Title: fuel cap leaking

hi guys ,
i have a CZ coffin tank with the star type cap that keeps leaking . i have replace the original rubber seal with a cork seal which did improve it but it still leaks when i shake the tank . it looks to me as it maybe leaking from the breather part of the cap ,is there a fix for this  or do i need a new cap ?

New caps can be gotten cheaply, I bought 1 for a babetta moped which seems to be the same from a ebay seller in Hungary called eastern2stroke for under $30 delivered
