Hi,
can you put a ruler over the steering head, to measure the length of it and also a closer photo of  the top rear engine mount , and a closer photo of the foot peg mounts, are they the seratted/ adjustable type ?
It is not quite clear  in the photo,
cheers

it turns tight and is a great scramble bike, you sit in the correct racer attack stance. It's not pretty but is 100% functional......

Hi Michael,
The steering head is the later longer one. The frame is a mystery as I didn't notice the difference until later. It looks like the '69 all bar the stem. The fork tubes are '69 with the higher chamfer. Maybe the engine was in this frame and then cut into the remains of the '69. I haven't bothered to cut 25mm off the bottom of the stem to make it 100% as the tube runs are all the same and no body bothered protesting it. I have an original short stem if the buyer wants it. The footpegs are the solid splined ones cut off with later pegs welded on, which I did. The engine mount is correct. The swing arm is the right one with the brace right behind the engine. The engine mounts have been cut down by an amateur not by the factory as some '71 models were.
Cheers,
