That's my friend Bill Orths Metisse. It's the real deal, not a shitty Jerry Lisi replica too!. BSA A65 Metisses are as rare as shite, supposedly only four or five were built. Mike Middleton in Fresno, a friend of mine and Jims has one as well and it too is a gem. If you're looking for a Metisse or something a bit different to everyone else, I don't think you'd go wrong with this bike.
