Congratulations to Bob, Greg & Carl for giving us without doubt the best Heaven round so far.
Great weather, top track and running the members prefered race format of no combined classes, saw the pitts full of happy smilie faces.
Heres a few pics of Sundays racing. Check the link at the bottom to see many more.

What i fantastic day to see the bikes on the taps, some fast racing with only a couple of stacks thank you lakes
mxfool ;D ;D

Pics look great. Did you guys use the FULL track. ( ie up and down the big hill etc).It pretty rocky track right?
-
Track looks unreal guys. Great photos THANKS
-
Yeah, we did use the full track for the pre '85s & Evos, and used the slightly shortened track (ie one less table top and stutters) for the pre 65/70/75 boys.
Everybody gets to blast up the big uphills - a good power drag to the tops, and full braking at bottom berms!
The track doesnt get rocky at all, its always well prepped by Lakes club, and is always watered well - sometimes a tiny bit of a hardpack base can show thru in spots mainly when it wears off on the uphills.
A great days racing by the Heaven guys, all happy!
(ps 2nd photo show El Presidente #40 Carl (Ironman) Blecher trying to get around #17 Victor Drew - an ambitious move - probly aint gonna work knowing Victor!)

Great weekend yet again at the Lakes Venue. Big thanks to Carl, Bob and Greg for all there work on the weekend to make the event enjoyable for all the members and spectators alike. Also, thanks to all those that flagged and especially the ladies that did the lap scoring.
To the Lakes Club, huge thanks for all the work they put in over the weekend ( and also pre the event) to make it such a great venue and weekend.
Great photo's Burgo, thanks for them as well.
One of the most memorable things for me on the weekend was seeing Dennis's KTM on fire ( literally ), grabbing the fire extinguisher out of the car and running over to assist with dousing the flames and then to see Dennis not lomg after line up at the starting gates on the bike. What are those things made of????????

Another top weekend put on by the Heaven Club , great stuff .

Hey guys thanks for the nice words but i think carl and bob would agree with me in saying a BIG THANKS to all that helped.when everyone gets in and helps and we get flaggies organise ect, look how eay it is and how much FUN we all have so thanks to everyone again and bring on clarence THANKS GREG
-
Thanks for the congrats guys but really the meeting can only go smoothly if everyone pitches in and helps and it is really appreciated. I could only see happy smiley faces in the pits after the races.
The track was prepped to perfection and was great to see the older bikes thundering up the hills.
Would like to say a big thanks to Gav Burgo who stepped up and fixed Liam's bike. I was racing with Jarred, so Gav came to the rescue and put the throttle cable in so Liam could go out and race. This what Heaven is all about, getting in and helping your mate or their son so the bike can get back on the track.
Fitzy from the Lakes gave me some photos and I have downloaded them to my photobucket website.

I really like this photo of Chris on his Maico. The Officials from the Lakes dont know how he stayed on!!!
Bring on Clarence.
Don't forget to get your entries and payment in early so the paperwork can be completed prior to the event.
