A man of exquisite good taste ;D.

(No, sadly, these are not mine and I don't have one for sale :-[. But I thought I would use the excuse to get a pixie of an  MX up ;) :D)

The thinking mans pre 74 bike for sure, no $$$$ alloy tanks to dent, no one off gearbox clusters, no parts that you cannot find some place on line easily, plus you can add a few of the good bits, also nothing wrong with that motor, a little port masage and carb from later YZ 250 and you are cooking.

I mean given the suspension options and knowing what we know now you can really make them shift.

Would Sir like a silver grey frame with that 8).

(I don't know if it is period correct Marc but that is one ugly looking swing arm you have there :( :o :-[. I hope it is 2kg lighter and four times stronger ;).)

Too true, I know there have been some detractors from the swing arm but personally it is a period PDI arm that is very functional by allowing you to customise the position of your shocks with nothing more than basic hand tools.  ;D

YZ125 tank makes the bike feel skinner than an anorexic Whippet.

That swingarm looks significantly longer as well. I believe a longer wheel base makes a significant handling improvement on the MX.

Not that I've tried it but I would be interested to know.

Longer swingarm that doesn't feel like it is made from exhaust tubing can be a real asset on your pre 74 racer. I am quite happy with the 'works' factory look of that swingarm. Probably the next best thing to owning an OW.

Plus combined with the Harley springs in the forks she should handle like it is on rails.  ;)
