Title: More Pre 78 Bikes
Post by: SAABCOMBI on June 04, 2011, 05:32:50 pm
It would be nice to have more of a choice to buy pre 78 bikes, I had a very nice Bultaco Mk8, but sold it due to the indecision of Vmx rules split, plus my club does support pre 78, and l hope that will change.
What is out their in the market place.

I'm warming to an RM370B for pre 78  ;D  Have heard the Maico is probably the best - but it won't help me win!

No there wasn't a 77 model. Those '76 400's need some serious help to be a good bike..

I'd say the 400 Maico and 390 Husky would be the best, i've ridden both and are great bikes.
I've got an RM370 with an alloy swingarm, Fox airshocks, Fox fork kit and a trick pipe and it's also a very good bike :)
