969 is 360 twin port
969-01 (your number) is side pipe.
Main differences are,
frame tube that runs from swing arm pivot bolt up to main frame tube under tank is curved or bent and meet the main tube at a different point.
Second exhaust mount at rear which is the obvious thing.
Side number plate mounts in different positions.
And most importantly...is it for sale?

I bought it to fit my jawa engine in it, the frame is in excellent condition. Paul l was about to make an offer on your maico 400 but after that comment your out of luck. ;D
