Hey guys, Russ and I went up to Coles Ck yesturday and slashed the track. Track length is 1.850klms :D and has a few "RUSTY OFF CAMBERS" ::) we have kept it fast and flowing. The gully is holding water so we have kept clear of it, but still managed to make it a descent length. ;D The grass is 4ft tall so it has a natural barrier all around the track. Bring a rake with you as we may need to clear the loose grass from some of the corners.
There is quite a gathering of folk that will be camping there Sat night so bring your swag, stay and advoid the early drive up.

Bring fishing rod too?

Have we remembered that the sidecars are coming to this event as well? is the track wide enough for them, if you need any help with anything l will be there some time Sat morning, at this stage we should have 6 sidecars there, should be a good weekend.

If the passengers stands up. he might just see above the grass. Maybe if I put a mowing deck on the Wasp, we'll be able to 'clean up' :D :D
-
track surface is perfect after all the rain
no dust and should be just right after first session ;)
-
We might send you guys out first to sweep the track clear of the dry grass ;D
-
and snakes----- maybe :D :D
-
what no mud holes??? still trying to get that red dirt from toowoomba off of everything looking forward to it SEE YOU AT THE TRACK...... :D :D :D

I won't be there, unfortunately, so my Championship points tally will not improve :'( .
Given the Kato's ignition idiosyncrasies, it's possible actual attendance wouldn't have made a lick of difference anyway...
Sounds like a blast in the grass with the weather the way it is, have fun.

Well run event
Good work by all involved.
Just can't bet Coles Creek as a venue.
