Title: The AGM....WTF is it?

I photographed this old thing at last years HBBB. It's got a 500 Royal Enfield engine what looks like an early TS250 Suzuki tank but that's all I can identify. The bike's got a severe case of the homemades about it and nothing seems to look very comfortable where they sit but somebody loves it.
It's as ugly as f#*k but surely there's an interesting story attached to it.

It's actually a HGM
It can be a Vinduro bike or a Mxer depending on your mood.
