Title: YZ400 motor

I'm after a YZ400 or MX400 motor for a project. Condition is not important but would like one complete if possible,

hey Pete,
would a DT400D motor suit?
i have one here and could take it to CD8 if that suits.
also have a YZ400D gearset & head that should slot into that motor.

The DT400 cases are rubber isolated and are slightly (about 5mm) wider at the engine mounts. I don't know if that will impact on your choice :P.

there is a complete YZ400 motor for sale on Marks swap meet $50.
