They look a fairly standard Miki except for the caps. Homemade? Specialty shop? What are they off, snowmobile, watercraft, TZ750?
Look like a home made, or at least specially crafted, fuel distribution rail.

Looks like they came off DEVO's bikes, Whip it. :)

They are in fact hand crafted Russian Mikuni's for the Russian IZh 1200cc flat twin motorcycles used for the Eastern Block Inter Military Challenge of 1973 which was won by the Bulgarian Marines on DKWs.
Collectors items, hang on to those and I hear Putin is looking for a set for his collection.

I thought they were from Bill & Ben the Flowerpot Men.....But I was wrong. ;D
Seems he's found this though,
The carbs turned out to be a set of 38mm light weight magnesium smoothbore racing carbs... The cones are needed to allow room on top of the slides for the springs

And this...
It turns out that Byron Hines (vance and hines) was the mind behind these carbs and they are super rare... One of the guys is still using them on his suzuki drag bike.. Byron hines may have designed the first smooth bore carbs... I only paid $175 for these carbs..I think nobody new what they were.. a set of 33mm smoothbores went for over $500 in the same auction.. I can buy a new set of flatslides for $680 so go figger...
