There was no swingarm with the frame & I had no luck finding one so after some looking around a TS250ER swingarm was the correct size with a few mods.

I see what you meant about your fabricated/modified swing arm there Tony, very nicely done.
This frame looks to have the shock mounts quite a bit more vertical than your other bike
I'll look forward to seeing it in the flesh at some stage this year

Taking it out for a ride tomorrow, it was a fast motor when it was in the the old XL frame & now it's 15kg lighter.

Hi Alison, the pipe I made myself thanks to VMX mag 42 with the very cool XL250 after seeing it I said that's the pipe I want on C & J, it's very very loud, tank is a CR125.

I think the bike needs a name now any ideas?

Yes the old dog Debbie, pasted away a month ago at the good old age of 16 1/2, alloy guards had crossed my mind in the early part of the build, but I had set myself budget on this build & didn't go over it, $1000 including buying & importing the frame.

The alloy fenders from a late model SL350 would look really nice and set it off.  Looks good!
