Can't help with the airbox unfortunately, but out of curiosity did you recently pick that bike up from the wreckers in Osborne park or am I thinking about another 83 RM?

I was at the wreckers a few weeks back and saw one out front that had a later model air box, would have been a good one to take on as a project but the deciding factor was the Mrs in the ute outside waiting for me, I didn't have the courage!
