hello all,
I'm after a WM3 18" 40 spoke Akront/Borriani/Dunlop etc style Alloy shouldered rim, undrilled or drilled to suit to suit early 50's B series and A series BSA single sided/half width rear hubs.
I'm building a 1952 BSA B33 in the style of the early 50's Catalina Goldstar's
please PM me or call me on 0437 9525 87
regards,
Nick

Ring John Titman on Monday.....has a big selection of rims.

This is where Titmans get those rims
http://www.central-wheel.co.uk/rims/morad_rim/morad_rim.html
Morads used to be called Akront (same pattern)
The only thing is if they dont have it instock they have to order it in from England and this can be slow (container shiping) if you want it quicker then go direct to UK. Although Titmans are good and quick if they have something instock, they can be very slow at getting stuff in from overseas and you have to keep onto them and keep calling them to check on your order as sometimes they can miss orders then you need to wait another 4 months. Took me over 12 months to get 3 rims fom them and they did say once they were having 'issues' with CWC but im not sure if that was just an excuse or not.
If its a common size rim and amount of holes, they usually have them in stock.

Did you try Central wheels JT's, Mike Warners, Ash's Spoked wheelz etc? All those guys can help you and I have bought the rims you are after from Centrals and JT's many times before and i know Mike warners and Ash's can get the same rims too. There is also Buchanans in USA. They are not impossible rims to get. Oh and i just remembered i bought some off ebay last year for a Triton too, 40 hole 18".
Here they are

Ok they may not suit your hubs but maybe ask if they can sell you an undrilled WM3.
