Title: new project rm 250 think its an 83

frame no RJ11A 101249
Engine J102 103335
It has a huge one sided air box (with no end cover)
not that up to date with suzuki but was tols its a 83 yet the 84 has the one sided airbox
any thoughts (or end covers)

Hi Martin,I have attached a link to RM seriall numbers.It looks like your engine number is from a 1983 or a 1984 RM250E,they start with the same prefix.Email me a photo if you like.But in the interim heres a photo of a 1984 model

Enjoy your bike,the 1984 models are cool,they look very similar to the works bikes from 1983.
