Cheng Shin, Duro, Kings, Kenda, Dunlop try those so see your local bike shop, if they have nothing on the floor get them to look in the wholesaler catalogues and check the warehouses. Pretty sure McLeods would have a Cheng Shin kicking around. If all else fails order one from the states from www.denniskirk.com The tyre is small, and the exchange rate is really good now.

Hello David,

What a coincidence, I have been scouring the net today looking for 16 x 2.75 front road tyre to get my little Maico roady through road registration inspection. I did see a couple of 16 x 2.75  knobblies over seas.

I am also going to all the bike shops in Newcastle tomorrow to scour their tyre racks.

I will be keeping my eyes out for you as well.

I will report my findings to you tomorrow night David, Cheers, Mick.

Got my RM80B IOC tyres off eBay. The guy would only ship within the USA, so I had him send to a mate in NC who then sent them to me. I got my heavy duty Michelin tubes to suit from the UK.

There are also many specialist vintage tyre suppliers in UK with oddball sizes and tread patterns.

Hi David, went through every tyre rack on the Newcastle bike strip today.

No luck for me :'(

But I found a 16 x 60/100(16 x 2.55, He told me? looks good) Kenda K760 Track master front knobbly 38M (medium compound).

I forgot my phone so I couldn't get a picture ::)

But it looks a lot like this one except without the little holes in the knob centers (it had plain knobs)

I thought having the new metric coding that it would be a current Kenda line, but It seems to be discontinued on the Kenda web now?

http://www.kenda.com.tw/eng/product/mc/K760.htm (http://www.kenda.com.tw/eng/product/mc/K760.htm)

I have  K760 Kenda trackmaster on my XR500, and I think its a great tyre actually.

$55. No prob to pick it up tomorrow and post it tomorrow if you want it. I am giving a driving lesson, if you want it we will be driving the bike shop ;D

Regular registered post will cost you some where between $11 to $17 depending on your location.

Of course if you are after "original" concourse? read the other guys posts.

Pm me if you want it David, Cheers.

YZ80C use a 2.50 X 16 tyre as standard, not a 2.75 x 16
