Title: TL125 engine resto question

I have just picked up a very original, unmolested TL125 K2. My other bikes are Huskies which have black motors, and I have never restored a Honda with a silver motor. While the bike is very tidy, what is the best procedure for getting the motor looking like new? Bead blasting? Paint? Incantation from a licensed wizard? Any help much appreciated.

Thanks God, not sure if anyone here in Auckland does that but will investigate.
