can anybody help with the amount of fork oil for honda cr250 1980 model thanks

after working on one last weekend with darren milton, it think it's 290ml.

Only ever use them as a guide. Always finish off by distance from the top of the frok leg fully compressed. Without the spring of course.

130mm from the top is a good start
