Going by the discussions going on the American forums and feedback from a few mates over there it seems that the big plans shown on the website may just be bullshit. Apparently the land is owned by a native American tribe and is tied up with the Indian owned casino next door. There seems to be a lot of scepticism as to whether it'll come off.
 Being a local T Red, what's your grab on it?
