Hi, me again ;D
QVMX will be having our sign on and practice weekend at Biddaddabah, near Mount Tamborine on the 26th and 27th of February.
So get the bikes out, dust them off and get some practice in for the upcoming season.
Check the QVMX website for further details.

yeah bike looks very impressive judging by the photos, i haven't been able to see it in the flesh since he gave it a clean up after he moved north. He mentioned that you guys dont race for points like the vic series, is that how its always been?

Will be interesting to see how the move to points and trophies changes the vibe and gentlemanly behaviour out on the track :o :o. Not racing for sheep stations.......err maybe ??? Lets hope the fun stays the same :D

It works well here in my opinion, some take it serious.. others dont. Most people respect the other riders and we all go home in one piece most of the time. It gets a bit of competetive spirit going and we all have a laugh :)
We ride on modern mx tracks with some big tabletops, step ups and doubles etc, not sure on what you guys ride on, but its a great spectacle for everyone and makes it exciting for me when i jump something i never thought i would on a vmx bike. The bikes seem more than capable and most only jump what they feel comfortable jumping.
How many rounds etc do you guys have?
