Title: Fox factory shocks

Can somone please tell me what pressure i should run in Fox factory shocks thanks .

Fox factory shox manual states 200 psi (air or nitrogen).

It actually depends on you weight and ability as well as preference. I would start around 150psi. 200 is up there. Best bet is to buy a copy of the manual off Thor Lawson .

Thanks for that  :) i have a manual for the air shocks  :) but not for the spring type, i will order one thanks .

I put 10 bar (145psi) in mine, the same as Ohlins shocks run.

Thats the buggers  :) iv'e got a set of remotes and a set of piggy backs  :) 150 psi works great thanks .
