Title: Hi to all

I have been looking around this site for a few weeks now and have finally decided to join. I raced club motocross and a few open meetings around NSW and Canbera in the 70s and I now have a WR250F for trail riding and a KLR650 for Adventure stuff.

I,ve had two 78 Maico 250s sitting in my shed for the past 16 years waiting to be restored but this never happened due to kids, family, work, etc but now it's going to finally become a reality.

There seems to be a wealth of information from the members of this site so I,ll probably be asking quite a few questions regarding my project. I am a bit of a bower bird myself and have still got a bit of 70s and 80s dirt bike memorabilia so I hope to be able to add to the knowlege base here.

Welcome Danny.....There's quite a bit of Maico knowhow on this forum so I'm sure you'll fit in just fine. I had a 400 Maico Magnum and they're one of my favourite Maico models. If ever you want to sell one of them, give me a hoy!

Euro stuff is awesome....except the porn....its just weird. No matter how many times I watch it :-X :D
