Title: xr500 82 headlight question

I just looked at my mates xr500 and he said that is yours so I was pretty happy but just looking through pics but aus model seems to be different to the US model any one got any pictures of a 82 australian model.

Its a little square one. Got a NOS one in my hand now. Part number 33123-KR9-003

It goes in the shell that has the number board under the light and it also fits the ones with the number board above the light.

Yours is later frosty but they both use the same lens.

Michael are you after one or just asking about them.
This came off a mates XR500 back in the 90's....i used it on my 88 KX250
Dont know if its supposed to be curved at the bottom or time has shrunk it.
If you need it,give me a yell.

The bike is 82 though it has it's tool bag and the white 500r on the seat it doesn't have a round speedo it has a rectangular one it hasn't done much work the twin leader pulls it up nicely.
