I now have 1mm Oversize piston and ring kits available. The piston is a high quality cast single ring piston. Kits come with piston, ring, wrist pin and circlips. See them at:

Ron. I'll be a customer for one of those kits in the not too distant future, was checking out your stuff last night and it all looks great ;)

Just a question, do you have spare rings to suit these 1mm kits? Aaaaand, is it at all possible to have some repro 0.50 rings made?

This is a major stumbling block with the RM400's. You can buy the 0.50 pistons by the dozen but not the ring :(  Unless you buy the whole kit they are simply unobtainium which has left oodles of 0.50 pistons with no rings to suit. Cheers

I will be having the spare 1mm rings available ny themselves. I occasionally have .050 ring sets available, I looked into having rings made and the quantity was too high. I may eventually have a .050 piston made and then rings will be available. Any other suggestions?

Ron thats great news with the 1mm oversize piston.
How about making a  .75 mm oversize piston kit?

Cheers, any chance I could put in a pre order for an 0.50 ring if/when some more do appear? 1mm overbore would be okay but my bore is good hence why I'm hunting just the ring ;)

No shims required!!!!! Let me look and see if I have a set of .050 rings, I might have sold the last ones, but you never know....  I can look into having .75mm pistons made, but there has to be a need. If I can get about four or five confirmed buyers I will have them made. Any takers????

Ron you can put me down for 2 piston kits at .75mm plus 2 spare rings.

I will do that, now only three more to go and you guys can have .75mm piston kits. I also have reproduction centercase, clutch cover and head gaskets.
