what do you call the jump on the other end of Drunks hill at Connondale ( same ridge) going back toward the pits, its a lovely sky jump?
-
I know it's boring but it's called "where you come back over spectators"
The other side is "where you go over spectators"
Boring names, great jumps ;D

At a club day this year a rider launched of that jump, cleared the spectator fence and landed on the walkway to the tunnel :o

And paid for it pretty heavily :o

I've been calling it "Drunk's Return" - I thought it wasa crap name, but seems better than the alternatives.

It's "drunks hill" or "drunks" going and "drunks" coming back, this works when you are sitting in the pits in particular ;D

It doesn't take too much throttle to get the "Sky Launch" very wrong.
On my 250 at the VMX Nats in 09 I landed about half way down it outside the course markers-on the inside- pretty vertical on the back wheel. Not really sure how I stayed on because I had that "I'm going to bail" feeling.-- Maybe the "Brown Sky Jump"!
