Title: 1974 Suzuki tm125
Post by: Mike on November 18, 2010, 09:08:36 pm
Race ready 1974 tm125 for sale in Perth. $2500.
I purchased this bike about four years ago and made race ready.
Powder coated frame and hubs.
Electrics tested and CDI unit rebuilt by Betta Bikes in SA.
Engine internals looked at by mechanic.  Removed oil tank and pump and completed mod to allow oil flow to the main bearing.  Replaced rings. New kickstart and shaft (original was welded to the shaft), gear level, rear brake pedal.
Original side covers, guards, tank (coated inside) all repainted.
Original airbox with uni filter.
Original pipe with aftermarket silencer.
New Mikuni Carbie.
New tyres.
New after market levers and period handlebars.
Works Performance shocks.
This bike has been raced with VMXWA for the last two years but only at about 4 125cc friendly events per year.  I ride my TM250 at most events.  The bike is great fun and you always return to the pits with a big grin on your face.  I am forced to sell to make room in the shed for another road bike.

incase anyone needs to know i think its $400 on a semi to SA, then you can figure out normal transport from there, happy to collect from depot and pass onto your transporter if that helps anyone.

Or Ali/steve can bring along in Sept nats as your pre75 ride :)

Check the Bridgetown photos and you'll see the little bike flying through the air with the gretest of ease, with me on board of course, just coz you can't do that on the 360 don't get upset.

One to nil I think Ross, I put one person in the hospital and you didn't.  How is Gary by the way have you seen/spoken to him.  Is he still allowed to come out and play?

NO - you destroyed him!!!!!!!!!   Yes he will be coming back but on a very much restricted basis - has sold everything except the MX250.
