Title: suzuki Tm rear shock Kit

Can anyone confirm or deny if this was a kit from back in the days , or a bit of back yard engineering    ???

It's just that I have never seen one before  and lays  claim to have 7'' of rear wheel travel  ???

I'd pick it as a home job, most of the kits were simple and had the braces pretty well in the load path. ie up to the seat stay tube or forward to the junction at the back bone
