Jeez my old mate Will Hagon is in slim mode there Tony! The shot of Randy Mamola is a ripper. BTW, are you coming up for CD5?

-
while i think of it i got stacks of old B&W photos in a box somewhere from the scrambles that used to be held on top of Menglers Hill in the 70's

Weren't we we were all slim in 1988, Firko?  :D
CD5 is looking less and less likely due to this ride for the Childhood Cancer Association in May/June. I'm not totally excluding the idea, but time and money is getting to be a bit of a problem.   :-[
Can you post me a margurita?  ;)
Then again, "Yoelle Robear" would be worth meeting...............  ;D

				Tony,
that shot of Mamola and the cagiva looks familiar, did it ever make Revs or Amcn?
-
Not that I know of, but I did sell a lot of prints of it.
Every time I got one for myself, someone would see it and buy it. So, to this day, I don't have one of my own. Plus I've got no idea where the negative is.  >:(

i reckon its just a classic Mamola pose. i went to the 1989 GP at the Island and was in the siberia stand, Mamola pulled this off a few times in practice and qualifiers in this corner for the crowd. he pulled some awesome slides and as soon as the rear gripped he pulled a mono while looking at the crowd, he is my favorite as he always put on a great show and just Loved to ride.
