Title: DT 175 piston into IT 175G

Anyone got a DT175E/F/G piston they could measure.
Looking at options for an IT175g.

IT dimensions,
Distance from top of pin hole to edge of crown = 22mm
Crown height approx 5mm
Distance from bottom of pin hole to bottom of skirt = 25mm

DT175 2N4 and 2A7 are the same except IT is 0.5mm longer HTH

Thanks Lozza, Hmmm, so am I right is assuming DT piston would work even with different skirt length as the reed valve controls intake timing? (assuming windows in piston are the same)

Christ NO, the sky will fall, sun won't rise in the morning, bushfire, famine, floods etc etc will wreck the vmx world. ;D I'm assuming you have the IT piston to compare with :D
