Went dumpster diving a few days back and found this along with about five other pipes.
Can anyone tell me what they think it belongs to. Pipe is marked 'Yam' and 'T'....

The alloy mount is definately Suzuki.
-
the header looks modified to me but the rest looks RM.
-
can't say I have seen many headers like that on a Suzuki excepting the TSX250's. If it were one of those it would have the heatshield screw lugs on the main chamber part so my guess is 1981 RM250Z.
-
Davey & Vandy are on the money.
That mount is typical of Suzuki during the 80's
And it looks like it has had a header replacement as it looks like a 2" mandrel bend welded into it.
-
RM250Z = 82 Doc - and yes looks similar.
-
yeah Ross, '82 sorry..shite, I'm losing it ::) probably because at the time I was looking at an RM125X fiche on alphasport, I can't multi task to save my life :D
-
defo RM because the mount bracket is welded to a plate welded to the chamber exactly like my suzuki pipes.
I cant quite determine the length of the rear part of the pipe.
I'm going to say 250 83D.
If it is a 250 Z or D it will have an indentation pressed in to it on the other side of the main chamber to clear the kickstart.
It could also be 465, hard to tell from that pic.

Have to agree. Suzuki pype. That figure-8 mounting bracket is pure Suzuki.
