Title: CR250 1983 Fork oil

Gday lads,
Can anyone shead some light on what grade and how much or to what level i should use on CR250 1983. Gunna use it for Dirt track next year.
Seems a bit bouncy right now.
Any help appreciated.

yer thats why they recommend the 20 wt
