why I ask is because they are $8900 in USA- lots of buyer so market demand is good..

I work near Peter Stevens in Melbourne.  A new 350 is the same price as you quoted.  Give it a few months and you'll get one under $11K easy.

My KTM shop owning mate let me ride his new shinny 350 and If I was going to own a mega expensive 4 stroke MX bike that I ride now and then I line up and buy one there that good, magic steering, feels like a heavy 125 and goes like last weeks pay. I would really love to know how they feel with exc suspension.

They don't make an Enduro version of the 350, it's a motocross only model.
They sell for $12,350 on the Gold Coast. A few weeks a go i saw one for sale at Chaparral Motorsports in the US for $8995, a big difference to over here.

They are making the enduro version for 2012....pickies are on the net already......ol' mates one behind me is a modded MXer....awesome bike, but so it should be when Stefun Everts designed it!!!

You may have trouble buying one new from a dealer in the U.S. and importing to Oz.
I have been trying to buy a geniune 300 kit for my 250 sx (2t) from the U.S. but after 3 attempts from different dealers I got the same response....they won't sell genuine parts to overseas customers, if they are readly avaliable through a local KTM dealer. The price difference is massive $2500aud to $750 u.s.
