Did,Chris Oldfield ride for them at one stage on RH Suzuki's about 1975-6?

Chris was also very quick on a Mooroolbark Motorcycles sponsored Maico in about 1975.

True #8 he did eventually go the dark side and did quite well. I think he may have won an Oz title and may have started in the first GP at the Island. Someone else will know for sure. Very good Stanley but what capacity? Cheers Jerry. Also extra points for his race number, As for the owner of the shop. I will give you a clue Bob .......

Chris Oldfield was #51 riding a 440 Maico and 125 Suzuki in 1975.

Stan wins although I reckon he had to consult his many race programs!!! Iused to hang around Mooroolbark Motorcycles and even bought a couple of bikes. The place has great memories for me. Bob Buys was the owner does anybody know what happened to him. You certainly wouldn't forget his take on the English language!! Cheers Jerry

Bob passed away. Had a son called Wayne. I myself bought a PE175N from him for $1300. A mate of mine bought an Ossa 250 Phantom off him. He had a great little shop there in Mooroolbark and Bob's knickname was...
