i have aquired a 250 kx A5 roller with no motor ,pipe,electrics,but in my shipment from the usa i have a ratty kdx250 twin shock and a ratty kdx 400 twin shock do i build a 250 or a open class bike  decisions decisions

Would you consider selling the A5 roller with the KDX400 as is?

I wasn't aware that Kawasaki built a twin shock 250 KDX

I thought the only twin shock KDX was the 400.

Whats your definition of ratty?

Yes Kawasaki made twinshock KDX250's. Very rare, very rare indeed.

kdx 250 79/80 have 2 of them coming also have a nice kdx 400 -on ebay at the moment
