hey guys, iv got a yz125h and wanted to know what the standard gearing was or is there a better setup gearing wise?

48/12 is standard gearing

Ti Ted, Sorry for late reply, computer away getting serviced.Yes got full rebuild top and bottom  started first time last weekend. Just putting finishing bits on over next few weeks.Thanks mark. ps. will be sons ride

I got a new tripple tree shaft machined up. Its not leaking yet but has not been riden either.

An old trick for the radiator hose ... An LH/LX Torana heater hose is almost perfect as a substitute when the seals fail at the steering head bearings.

It's got a 90deg bend at one end that is a perfect fit to keep the radiator on  it's original mounts.

Yeah I had one and had the problem way back then. 

Funny innit ... I sold my YZ125c for $500 bucks to pay $800 for the H, then to sell it later for $750 to buy a KX250D1 for $1200....

My how times have changed ... :)

Been a bit slack. Done a few more things but have not riden yet. To many things on go at once and riding modern traily as well.I had a yz c long tme ago, great bike.one of my favourites.
